Please wear something comfortable to exercise in and bring some water. Equipment will be provided. We will train barefoot on tatami mats.
Pleasure ensure nails are short and long hair is tied back.
What to expect
In this program designed specifically for women, you can expect a supportive and empowering environment where you'll learn practical techniques to protect yourself. We will cover practical self defence moves, situational awareness and how to respond under pressure. It is an opportunity to gain valuable skills while connecting with other women in a positive setting.
This a practical course so we will be practising self-defence scenarios which involve physical contact. We will be dedicating a portion of the class to basic fitness exercises and stretches.
