Schedule for September

Please find below the confirmed schedule for the September to December term at Garyduff Sports Centre.

 

There are two new classes on Monday and we are trying our best to secure an extra day for after school on Wednesdays as there is a very big waiting list especially for the 14:10 class. We have made the following changes:

 

• The Thursday 16:30 class for blue belts has been extended to 60 mins

• White and blue belts above the age of 7 now have a dedicated class, on Mondays 17:20 to 18:20

• The Thursday 17:35 class will now be open to yellow belts above, over the age 7 (for those who are yellow belt and still 7, they can choose between this class or Thursday 16:30)

• The Thursday 17:35 class will be for yellow belts and above only (there will be no white or blue belts in this class as they will have their own dedicated class) 

• The Monday 13+ and adults class is now starting at 18:20

All Monday, Tuesday and Thursday classes will be held in the Sports Hall at Garyduff Sports Centre

 

Mondays 16:30 to 17:15 - kids aged 4-6 (45 mins)

Mondays 17:20 to 18:20 - white & blue belts ages 7-12 (60mins)

Mondays 18:20 to 19:45 - Ages 13+ and adults (all belts) (85mins)

 

Tuesdays 16:00 - 16:45 - kids aged 4-5 (45 mins)

Tuesdays 16:50 - 17:35 - kids aged 6-7 (45 mins)

 

Thursdays 16:30 - 17:30 - blue belts and above between the ages of 6 and 7 (60 mins)

Thursdays 17:35 - 18:45 - yellow belts and above, ages 7-12 (70 mins)
